These are some pretty incredible health benefits. Ready to include these into your diet? Here’s an easy way to do that! My acai breakfast bowl is easy to make, and jam-packed with nutrition and flavor.

Equipment Needed: Blender

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup of Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries/Blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 acai frozen packet
  • 1/2 cup OJ or substitute water or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • **Can use other substitutions such as kiwi, dragon fruit, nuts, flax seeds, etc.

Directions:

  1. Blend frozen acai packet with chosen liquid (OJ, water or almond milk)
  2. Milk in the peanut butter and 1 banana
  3. Mix in 1/2 cup  of fresh strawberries
  4. Mix in 1/2 of the berries, save the rest for garnish
  5. Once blended, pour into a bowl
  6. Top with remaining berries
  7. Cut up remaining banana and spread on top of acai mixture
  8. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top
  9. Garnish with 1/4 cup granola
  10. Enjoy!
