40 Things to do Before Turning 40

Turning 40 is a huge milestone so, it’s only natural to reflect on your life and consider what you’ve accomplished so far, as well as what you still hope to achieve. While everyone’s priorities and goals are sure to be different, there are certain experiences and accomplishments that can enrich anyone’s life. As I approach turning 40, I’ve thought a lot about new things I could try before I enter my 40’s. Here are 40 things you should consider doing before turning 40.

  4. Go on a solo trip.
  5. Run a race, whether it’s a 5k or a marathon.

  8. Volunteer abroad or participate in a humanitarian mission.
  9. Start a side hustle.
  10. Write a book, even if you never intend to publish it.
  11. Take a public speaking course.
