50 Habit Tracker Ideas to Help you Focus on Your Goals

If you’re anything like me, I have found that habit tracking has been one of the most beneficial components to my achieving my goals. It’s the added accountability I need to achieve the actions I need to take on a daily basis in order to achieve the goals I’ve outlined for myself.

I’d be lying if I said that I my road to achieving my goals didn’t come without moments of doubt, frustration and mere uncertainty,  but I will say that by utilizing a habit tracker it helps me to maintain slight composure and sanity during these times.

Personally, I have 16 habits that I track daily, every month for the entire year. Is that too much? Maybe, but I choose to do them all or at least attempt because they will get me closer to my end goals. I definitely find that tracking these habits are extremely beneficial.

I’ll also add that every month my habits change slightly, and that’s OK if you change them as long as you feel that it’ll help you achieve the end result.

Because I think this idea is so important, I thought I’d  share a list of habit tracker ideas that you can references and use the next time you are putting together your habit tracker. I have even categorized the ideas on this list in order to make it easier for you to find the habits that are more relevant to your life and goals.

Before I share that list, however; I think it’s important to explain what a habit tracker is and why it’s so important.
