Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

This creamy and cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole is a simply delicious meal that your family is sure to gobble up. It’s simple to make and it tastes so amazing. This recipe is easy to prepare, and it’s a perfect meal for the busy summer nights when making time for dinner is hard.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 oz Shredded potatoes or hash-browns
  • 2 tablespoons Onion
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • I can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 cups diced Cooked Ham
  • Parsley and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine onion and hash-browns
  3. Add in sour cream
  4. Stir in cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt and cheese
  5. Mix well and place  in a 9 x 13 casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup of cheese
  6. Top it with fresh parsley and pepper
  7. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

  5. I am not a big fan of this combination as I don’t like cheese with my ham unless it is with something else like chicken. But, maybe I will add some chicken in to make it good for me.
