Flourless Chocolate Almond Butter Bread (Keto + Paleo)

Warm bread on a chilly winter day is always a good idea especially when it requires minimal ingredients and is easy to make. This bread is also Keto, Paleo and Gluten Free making it a healthy snack alternative.

This bread is rich in flavor, moist and the texture is perfect. My children loved it and it’s a perfect breakfast or dessert treat. You might even want to make two loaves because this bread will go fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of Dark chocolate chunks or chips
  • 2 1/2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 1/2 tsp of Coconut Sugar (or your choice of sweetener)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk together the eggs with baking powder in large bowl, make sure the baking powder is not clumped
  3. Add in the almond butter, cocoa, coconut sugar and vanilla to the egg mix and mix
  4. Add chocolate chips or chocolate chunks into mixture
  5. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until inside is cooked
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool
  8. Slice and enjoy!!
