Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

These brownies are decadent and oh so tasty. They’re easy to make, and they have easily become the dessert staple in our house. They’re gluten free and jam-packed with flavor so you won’t be disappointed! The family is sure to love these, and because they’re so easy to make, they’ll be a regular in your home. I’m sure of it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of buttery spread
  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease a 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave and place with the rest of the combined ingredients
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes and use a toothpick to test. Make sure the toothpick is dry. The edges will look more done than the inside.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar & enjoy!
