Keto Chocolate Coconut Crunch Bars-No Bake

The past couple of weeks I have been doing the Ketogenic diet. The Keto diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carb diet that has historically been used to burn fats than carbohydrates. Not only have I lost a few pounds, but I feel better. The lack of processed and boxed foods has left me more energetic and focused. Adding in the gym 4-6 times a week has additionally helped me to stay focused and disciplined.
