Paleo Friendly Fudge Brownies
This household loves brownies. The fudgier the better. For myself, I prefer to find ways to make tasty treats somewhat healthy, so when I went searching for ways to modify a brownie recipe to make it more our style, I combined a few recipes to make one delicious one. It’s super easy, super tasty and fudgy!
Ingredients
- 10 oz of dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup of arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine chocolate chips with coconut oil and microwave for 1 minute until melted and sit aside
- In a separate bowl, combine coconut sugar, arrowroot flour, cocoa, salt, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in chocolate chips and coconut oil and stir until combined.
- Spray a 9×15 brownie/cake baking sheet with coconut oil spray.
- Pour brownie mixture into pan and spread around evenly
- Top with a few chocolate chips if desired
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes* Don’t overbake, you’ll want these fudgy!
- Enjoy alone or indulge with a bit of dairy-free vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup to make a brownie sundae!
