Summer Sanders’ Prenatal Workout

I think I’m in LOVE. Yep. Pretty sure I’m in love with this Yoga Workout video. Summer Sanders is amazing in this video, and although I have only completed one 40 minute workout, I’m hooked! The second trimester workouts really catered to my body type and my pregnancy. The workout really focused on problem areas including glutes, hamstrings, biceps, triceps and so much more. Being that we are nearly 20 weeks, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a low impact workout to help tone up those problem areas early on in your pregnancy. Try it out!
